Produktübersicht

Diese gerade Steckverschraubung verbindet einen Pneumatikschlauch mit einem Innengewinde, etwa an einem Ventil, einem Zylinder oder einem Druckminderer. Eingeschraubt wird sie über einen Innensechskant, der Schlauch wird einfach eingesteckt. Welche Schlauchgrößen und Gewinde es gibt, sehen Sie in der Variantenauswahl.

So funktioniert die Steckverbindung

Schieben Sie den Schlauch bis zum spürbaren Anschlag ein. Haltekrallen aus Edelstahl greifen dabei selbsttätig und halten den Schlauch fest, eine Dichtung im Inneren dichtet ihn ab. Zum Lösen drücken Sie den Entriegelungsring in Richtung Verschraubung und ziehen den Schlauch heraus. Werkzeug brauchen Sie dafür nicht.

Warum Innensechskant

Der Sechskant sitzt innen im Körper statt außen. Die Verschraubung baut dadurch schlank und lässt sich auch dort eindrehen, wo für einen Gabelschlüssel kein Platz ist, etwa bei dicht nebeneinander liegenden Anschlüssen. Zum Eindrehen nehmen Sie einen Innensechskantschlüssel passender Größe.

Montage

Schneiden Sie den Schlauch rechtwinklig und gratfrei ab, am besten mit einem Schlauchschneider.
Halten Sie Gewinde und Schlauchende sauber, Schmutz an der Dichtung führt zu Undichtigkeiten.
Hat das Gewinde keine Dichtbeschichtung, dichten Sie es mit Gewindedichtband oder flüssigem Dichtmittel ab.
Ziehen Sie die Verschraubung nur so fest an, wie es für die Dichtheit nötig ist.
Ob alles dicht ist, zeigt Ihnen ein Lecksuchspray oder etwas Seifenwasser.

Geeignet sind Pneumatikschläuche mit genauem Außendurchmesser, zum Beispiel aus Polyurethan, Polyamid oder Polyethylen. Maßgeblich ist, dass der Außendurchmesser des Schlauchs zur gewählten Schlauchgröße passt.
